We are proud to bring the customers an amazing assortment of products, and we have high quality control standard to make sure all the products we ship are in perfect condition, but to provide you with maximum peace of mind, (if you are not satisfied with the items you received), we will gladly assist you.
 
Our Return and Exchange Policy
 
You have 15 days to decide if an item is right for you, so you can buy our items with confidence
Please note that products on sale are not covered by warranty. For hygiene reasons, we don’t accept exchanges or returns of swimwear, jewelry, makeup brushes, panties, lingerie, tights or similar items.
 
  1. Returns must be received in new condition; unused, unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached in original package. Items returned with obvious use of makeup, deodorant, perfume, or similar products will be subject to refusal.
 
  1. We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.
 
  1. We do not accept packages returned using C.O.D. service. Return shipping charges are non-refundable.
 
No refund will be issued for products that do not meet these criteria.
 
 
How to return the product?
 
Please follow the instructions below:
If you wish to return the item, please contact us at support@lolipopshop.com  and provide your Order number; or product name and reason for return.
 
Our customer service will reply to your mail in one working day (except weekends and holidays) and provide you with our return address in New York. 
 
When returned, please send us return proof in the form of the tracking number and a valid return receipt through your ticket.
 
Once we have received the returned item(s), we will email you and arrange an exchange or a refund.
 
Note: “Lolipop Shop” is not responsible for lost, missing or damaged items in transit.
 
How to exchange the order?
 
You can make a new order first, and when we get the return, we will apply a full refund of the items you returned.  
If you received damaged, defect, or wrong item we will gladly send out a replacement of the original item purchased, at no cost, as long as the item is available. If the item is not available,  you will receive a refund to the original form of payment used to make your online purchase. Returns must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed with all tags attached. 
 
Can I have a full refund for the return?
 
You will be refunded in the dollar amount of your returned item(s) only. This does not include your original shipping and handling fees.
Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.
 
How long will it take to get my refund?
 
The refund will be issued in the original form of payment. Please allow 2-3 weeks from the return ship date for your account to be credited, and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
 
 
Return Shipping Costs
 
You will be responsible for the return shipping cost. In addition, return shipping is non-refundable. All shipping fees are at the customer expense.
 
We reserve the right to void or refund a payment for any order at any time for any reason.
